Wrong Timezone Despite Correct Timezone Set in WordPress and PHP

    We have the timezone in PHP and WordPress set to America/Chicago. Everything works properly in WooCommerce and orders have the correct dates. Sales also turn on and off properly. But WP-Bannerize Pro always uses the UTC-0 timezone and therefore we need to adjust the time manually to account for the incorrect timezone. Is this a bug in your code?
