please note that translations are made by various locale volunteers, not by plugin authors, to reach people in charge of locale please tag the related locale

    Hi @thanhthai
The #vi translation of this plugin is located at https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/locale/vi/default/wp-plugins/learnpress/
These community translations are done by volunteers that have more or less time available for their contributions. Vietnamese currently has about 48k pending strings in total, see https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/stats/

A large number of these pending strings (more than 1k) are actually for this specific plugin, which indicates that the volunteer team for Vietnamese really could be helped by more people.

If you would be interested in contributing, then you could, as a first step, try reaching out to any of the Vietnamese General Translation Editors (GTE). They are listed at https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/polyglots/teams/?locale=vi (but let me quickly mention @khoipro, perhaps he can add a comment here directly).

Their team has provided a term glossary, start guide and style guide to help keeping the WordPress experience coherent in Vietnamese. Search for “Vietnamese” in https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/polyglots/handbook/translating/glossaries-and-style-guides-per-locale/ for links.

You can easily contact us in the global polyglots’ team in the “polyglots” Slack channel.

There is also a Vietnamese Slack domain for WordPress contributors. Joining it is a two-step process, but you have already completed step 1.

    1. Join the global Slack domain for WordPress contributors via https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/chat/
As a side-effect of doing this, a special forwarding address gets created, on the format (WordPress-org-username)@chat.ww.wp.xz.cn
    2. Next, register in the Vietnamese Slack via https://wpvi.slack.com/signup using your forwarding address from step 1.

(These forwarding addresses will only deliver notification emails from Slack – and Gravatar – to the email you’ve got configured in your org profile, which you can check at https://profiles.ww.wp.xz.cn/me/ )

@thanhthai @tobifjellner thanks you for pointing this. I corrected these strings.

@thanhthai If you want to contribute to the translation, you can register an account and translate here: https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/locale/vi/default/wp-plugins/learnpress/

then message me on Facebook (my fb is Khủng Long), I can check and approve it for you.

Can you give me your facebook link so I can send you a message via Facebook to get approval to translate for Learnpress?
    Thank you very much

@khunglong sharing private contact data is bad idea and is violation of forum guidelines,

Does vietnamese team have their own Slack instance? Do you use vi.ww.wp.xz.cn/team ?

In any case WordPress contributors are advised to use Make WordPress Slack

    make.ww.wp.xz.cn/chat

there are #polyglots channel and you can use private messages if needed
