Wrong translation

    when I am translating this string in my website
    “Please get in touch if you have any questions at all.
    I am looking forward to hearing from you.”

    it gives the wrong german translation.
    Bitte setzen Sie sich mit uns in Verbindung, wenn Sie Fragen haben.
    Ich freue mich darauf, von Ihnen zu hören.

    get in touch word is replaced by contact us.
