Thanks for reaching out @dep-tech, and certainly we’d be happy to assist. In order to do so, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. What is the error or experience you encounter when trying to set up Site Kit on your final URL?
    3. What is the URL you land back on when attempting setup should you land on any specific error? I ask as this may contain a no longer valid callback URL, based on your previous site.

Once we have the above, we can advise on this further. It may be possible to correct any invalid callback (based on question 3 above) should you land on an error, or we may be able to correct your records by modifying your site URLs.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.

    I installed it on https://atthejamesroom.com/staging/
I should have installed it on https://atthejamesroom.com/

it keeps directing me to https://atthejamesroom.com/staging/ which now no longer exists.

Understood @dep-tech, appreciate the additional info. If you can share the information requested above I can check this further.

One option which may work, given the site at /staging no longer works, is to move the site back to that set up before setting up Site Kit once more. After it’s connected, you can reset Site Kit before moving it back into the parent/root directory so it’s using https://atthejamesroom.com once more. From there, since Site Kit was reset, you can set up once more. I’m aware this may not be an option for you, and I may be able to provide further details or potential workarounds if you wish to share the information requested above, also listed below:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. What is the error or experience you encounter when trying to set up Site Kit on your final URL? ie. Are you seeing a “Site already exists” or other error?
    3. What is the URL you land back on when attempting setup should you land on any specific error? I ask as this may contain a no longer valid callback URL, based on your previous site.
