I suspect a problem with the cache.
If I delete all sessions and empty the cache, the problem disappears for the affected user.
I use WP Super Cache.
I have now removed all shop URLs from caching.
Do you have any more ideas?
Try using incognito browser too. Are you logged in yourself when you see it? Or you see it logged out too?

Personally, I’ve never seen this before.
So far, I’ve had two messages from customers who were very surprised.
I’d shut the site down. Use a coming soon plugin by SeedPod and get this figured out. You don’t want to get sued by a customer.

Hi @sonicmedia
This certainly isn’t the expected behaviour and likely a result of improper code within the active theme or another plugin. Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue.
If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
