Yes obviously. You can set class name when you are creating new field. Class name will be added in field wrap div. using it you can apply css.

Is the custom field class applied to both the field name and field result?
I noticed one is in bold and the other is not, which is ok, but I assume they are different classes?!
class is only work for front end cart page display.Default css will be applied for field view on mail or order detail.
