Hi @applsys,
Thank you for reporting to us.
This message shows that SpamFireWall doesn’t work at the moment, but the basic spam protection works as usual, so you mustn’t get any spam issues in spite of this message.
The plugin automatically syncs during every 24 hours. So, you can leave it as is on all your sites. On the next day the error message should gone.
Anyway, I will forward your report to developers, we have to find the reason of this.
Let me know if you have any questions or the issue will still persist tomorrow.

Hi thanks for the reply. I have found that a site with this error gives false positives on form submissions. Once I forced an upgrade and then a cloud sync it worked. I need a way to force the sync at the moment?
Hello @applsys,
I have found that a site with this error gives false positives on form submissions.
This issue shouldn’t be connected to the SpamFireWall error. Anyway, please contact us via our support system for further investigations:

The plugin always syncs with cloud during every 24 hours. So, the error should gone soon. But you can manually sync the plugin by pressing “Synchronize with cloud button” as well.

Hello,
There is a strange behavior of adding source column to sfw table which is already has been added.
Try to go to the plugin settings -> advanced settings -> Enable “Complete deactivation”. After that, deactivate and activate plugin again and paste your access key.
This should fix issue.
