WRONG_SITE_RESPONSE error on plugin

    I keep getting this error. Also I did change my access key but that was after this message for other reasons. Can you please tell me what I need to do to make sure my plugin is running correctly

    also, I am still having issues with turning on 2-Factor authentication. I am not receiving the confirmation code. I spoke with my hosting and they said that emails are being sent. the code is being sent to a gmail account. I would like to turn this feature on is there any other way to do this?

    Hello @loapt,

    Please, deactivate the CleanTalk plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
    WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General Settings —> enable “Complete Deactivation” —> Save Changes.
    Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Security by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Activate

    This option will reset all plugin settings. Don’t forget to insert your access key.

    Regarding the 2FA option, could you please also check your spam/junk folder?

    where do I find the access key?

    And I did check the spam folder and nothing was there.

    Regarding the 2FA codes, please note that your own mail server sends these emails. Please check if the sending of those emails is not being blocked.
