    Hi,

I have the siteground optimiser installed on my site, but the cache is not working. I keep getting the x-proxy-cache: MISS in the headers.

I am trying to find simple steps that I can take to resolve this, and really try to keep plug ins to a minimum.

Are there any troubleshooting steps I can follow please. The simpler the better because I am not a developer!

    Thank you

    Matt

    Hello @matthew123456 ,

I checked your case and verified that dynamic caching is properly enabled for your site. The reason why it is not being cached seems to be related to the free version of the CDN Service. The Free version does not support Dynamic Caching. In this case, you can either temporarily disable the CDN service and then try again.

You may also want to deactivate all your plugins and then re-activate them one by one , testing the caching status of your site after each enabled plugin. Remember to run the test twice. First request will generate the cache.

If you need further assistance, post a support ticket in your SiteGround Helpdesk and we will check the case additionally.

    Thank you.
