Good day.
I use your plugin Customer Reviews.
After installing the new version 3.69 file XML Feed that is created for Google Merchant Center has stopped displaying reviews correctly.
Reviews in Czech, and special characters (Krásná práce) are no longer displayed, Google Merchant Center generates an error.
I think the problem in the encoding. I had to roll back to version 3.68, in this version everything is working fine.
Please note this in the next update. Thank. 😉✌️😎

Hi,

Thank you for using our plugin.

The new version is actually 3.71. Can you try updating your plugin to that version and see if the problem persists?

Good day.
Updated to the latest version, the same problem.
Works correctly only in version 3.68
Now the plugin works on this version. if you need a screen that is not properly encoded, I can send it))

Just updated the plugin to the latest version 3.71.
This is what happens in Google XML Feed:

@m3m3m in version 3.68 where you said it is working, does this XML feed with EMOJI symbols generated is accepted by Google Merchant Center as well?

Just returned version 3.68, Google XML Feed displays correctly both text and emoji.
In version 3.68 everything works.

@m3m3m please update your plugin version to 3.72. We have added an option to disable special character encoding.

Let me know if that fixes the XML issue.
