XML Import Failure

I’ve repeatedly tried importing a form via the Import/Export route. All fields are exported correctly but 4 fields are missing when I examine the imported form.
I can see each of the missing fields in the exported XML file and no errors are shown upon import but the issue remains each time I try the import.

The missing fields have been successfully imported in the past but failed in the latest version of the plug-in 5.0.13.1 and in the immediately previous version. The fields are respectively Radio Buttons, HTML, Dropdown and another HTML field.

Any advice welcome…

I’m afraid that we only support the free Lite plugin here.

Thanks but I think you will find that CSV Export/Import is the Pro feature – XML Export/Import is a Lite feature.

In any case the XML feature basically works – apart from the 4 missing fields.

Many thanks – I tried submitting the support ticket but it just disappeared without any acknowledgement of success or failure after pressing submit – so I don’t know whether it was in fact sent to you.

Thanks again – I’m not sure where you are working from but it’s late in the evening in the UK so I’ll be leaving this with you overnight.

I’m guessing that as I don’t have a login, I’ll have to receive your responses via this forum.
