XML Parse error on sitemap_index.xml

Hi,

XML sitemap is not working. When clicking XML Sitemap button I have an error when reading sitemap_index.xml.
This is the message in french:

Erreur d’analyse XML : instruction de traitement XML ou texte pas au début d’une entité externe
Emplacement : https://mysite.com/sitemap_index.xml
Numéro de ligne 2, Colonne 1 :

Also I doesn’t see this file on my ftp using WinSCP. Where is it?
