XML Sitemap Generator question

    Greetings, I’m a total n00b here.

    I finally got around to submitting a sitemap for my newish website to google. Then I found instructions for using the XML sitemap Generator with wordpress so I did that as well.

    Now I have two sitemaps, one for my actual website sitting happily in my root directory:

    http://www.philzyxx.com

    and another one for my blog which lives here:

    http://www.philzyxx.com/stuff

    Is this bad? Is the internet going to explode? (don’t worry, I’m not going to type “google” into google or anything).

    Should the sitemap I (sort of) wrote/copy pasted and submitted to google myself be merged with the automatically generated wordpress one or are they happy living on their own?
