XML Sitemaps list HTTPS links, even though they're HTTP

My sitemap is indexing https urls, when the urls are actually http: http://spoonuniversity.com/post-sitemap2.xml
This results in all of those links being broken, and if people search for those stories on Google they can’t get to them. Please help!
