XML Validation Results is bad.

    Hello.

    XML sitemap cannot be read by Google Search Console.
    (He said sitemap is empty)

    So, I verified with Validate XML Sitemap, and the result was bad.
    The Error is as follows:
    [68] StartTag: invalid element name on line 1
    [5] Extra content at the end of the document on line 1

    How can I resolve it ?
    Please advise me.

    Hi, when I check your sitemap in a normal browser, it is fine. However, when using the Googlebot user agent, access is denied. A 403 forbidden response is sent by your server.

    You can verify this using an external service like websniffer.cc for example. Enter your sitemap URL there and choose Googlebot at the “User agent” field.

    You’ll need to contact your hosting provider or verify your web server settings to find out more about the server response.
