XMLReader Support Missing

    Hello, I am having trouble using starter templates.

    I keep getting the ‘XML Reader support missing’ error however upon contacting my hosting company, they have said that the XML reader is installed and enabled. Upon checking error logs the following error is displayed:

    Please could someone give me some assistance? I don’t have much knowledge about this to troubleshoot myself. My host has also provided this PHP info page: crtsound.com/info.php

    Hi @crtsound, sorry for the delay.

    Where did you get it? Or what did you when you got that error message?

    Also, you have PHP 8.1.17. Could you please try downgrade it to PHP 8.0.x and see if the error message stops.
