xmlrpc.php Problem, sort of new

When I type ‘http://bathindahelper.com/xmlrpc.php’ in the address bar, nothing shows.

And by treading on numerous solutions, I disabled all the plugins at once (may be it’ll give me some undesired results on my site, but, anyway, I did). And yet, the same error: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site\’s XML-RPC URL. Please check to make sure http://bathindahelper.com/xmlrpc.php is working properly. It should show \’XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.\’ on a line by itself when viewed in a browser and should not have any blank lines or extra output anywhere. I’ve checked the file exists in the root of my wp folder and contains text and doesn’t contain any blank space before first/opening or last/closing tags.
