Xmlrpc problem

Thanks for a great plugin but not able to use at thE moment because of this problem which blocks Jetpack and the WordPress app from acccesing my site. After the recent update all my xmlrrpc call are getting blocked despite having turned off miscellaneous form checking. Xmlrpc returning this message when WPSS installed and activated.
faultCode 405 faultString Method Not Allowed
When deactivated it returns the normal
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests onlyThanks for any suggestions
