xmlrpc.php | Email Blogging

I was just thinking this morning as I was tinkering with my flickr account that it shouldn’t take much to set up a plugin utilizing xmlrpc.php to post via email. Afterall, that’s what flickr uses to send pictures to post. Any thoughts?
