xref.ww.wp.xz.cn giving 403 errors

I’m trying to view the PHPXref WordPress source code at http://xref.ww.wp.xz.cn/ , but all the links on the page return 403 Forbidden errors. Is this a temporary thing due to a new release, or is something in need of fixing?
