In your form > email settings have you added aby Value in reply to section?
If yes, can you please remove that and check again?
I suppose this is a security issue for Yahoo as a hacker that had access to someone’s Yahoo account could send out email and have replied sent to themselves instead.

Please try to use another email address for an email from section. If yahoo mail keeps giving an issue please try to use another email address.
Is that mandatory to use Yahoo?
I’ve CCd the form email address to my account which works fine, it’s just the Yahoo account that’s getting blocked

I am very sorry but in such cases we cannot do anything, maybe contacting Yahoo team can help to find a solution. I see that many Yahoo users are complaining of this issue having different form plugins.
As an alternative, you might try to use a different email provider.
