Yarpp RSS difficulties

Hi,

I am trying to use yarpp to add related posts with thumbnails to the daily emails that I generate through an rss campaign on mailchimp.

there are a few issues:

1) the related posts are before the “more” link when only adding a summary. How can I change that. Ideally they would be in the recent tag and not part of the summary.

2) the thumbnails are pretty big and there is no linebreak between the posts, so its all pretty messy. is there any way I can change the html?
