Perhaps try
<?php wp_get_archives('type=monthly&limit=12'); ?>
or try different arguments…

Thanks for the suggestion. It did not work. I have also tried all of the default themes, that come with WordPress, and none of them resolve the issue either.
Could I have a bad install? I have recently upgraded too.
Any other thoughts or should I possibly just get rid of Archives?
It may be a bad install, where some files didn’t get overwritten, or the upgrade wasn’t 100% successful. Make a full db backup (with phpMyAdmin and from WP), then backup the whole WP installation directory with ftp and delete it from the server, then install a brand new one, 2.0.10 or 2.1.3 whatever your db is set to and follow all the steps for upgrading.

How did you solve this problem? I have same problem here. I think i type “0” on the year when I edit one of my post.
