In the Advanced Reporting tab, “Choose your report timing” -> January 1st
You need the Advanced reporting plugin for that though.

Please note that the current report ranges are limited to daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options. However, I’ve forwarded your inquiry to our team for further review and consideration in future updates.
Additionally, you can use the Advanced Reporting add-on to generate reports starting from a specific time. As @hirngesicht mentioned, you can set the “Starting Date” to 01/01/2024 to have the report from the start of the year.
