Hm, strange. I do not see it here on my end.
What I would try is disabling plugins one by one and see when the yellow box goes away. I’m pretty certain it’s a plugin doing it, as nothing in the theme itself has that color.
Edit: I see it when disabling my adblocker. Try disabling the adsense widget plugin.
