Unfortunately, as author of plugin I have no control over the updating process from ww.wp.xz.cn – even for my plugin. I can only advise you to ask this question on WordPress forum where are people responsible for ww.wp.xz.cn website. It is here – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/ .
I can only think about one solution – to go into “dashboard”/”update” and click on the button “check again”. Maybe this will help. But if not, it will be better to ask this question on the ww.wp.xz.cn forum.
I’ve just thought that maybe you have no information about this update, because the newest version has 4.6 as minimum supported version of WordPress. You have version 4.5.x, so maybe it is the reason for not having information about this update.
If it is the reason, I think you should update the Kocuj Sitemap plugin AFTER updating the WordPress. The yesterday’s update of the Kocuj Sitemap plugin has no new features or bug fixes – only support for WordPress 4.7 and nothing more.
OK, waiting on a theme update to go WP 4.6.1, should have it this week.
These WP core updates would be better twice a year instead of once a quarter, they break everything while not adding many features people care about in core. I’d rather they focus on speed improvement. reducing javascript conflicts and theme, plugin compatibility issues.
