    Thank you for your answer.

    Please explain me how to get in touch with support, and also to provide more details about the customization in the theme’s tooltips if that’s something I can do on my own.

    As you can confirm it looks awful and non-professional.

    Hello there,

    The support section is usually on the page where you purchased your theme.

    You should ask them how to remove the incorrect text output on the button, due to the use of tooltips.

    Anyway, I accessed your site again and no longer see the problem, so you may have already resolved it.
