YITH lightbox issues on mobile devices

    Hello there,

    I had installed YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom on this site https://www.masartstore.it/ , but the thing is the lightbox on mobile devices doesn’t work at all, it doesn’t expand touching it.

    Could you help me please?

    Hello there,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    I was able to check what you mentioned on your site but I couldn’t find the reason for the problem with the naked eye, so I recommend carrying out the following tests to see if at some point the problem disappears:

    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change your theme, for example to our Proteo theme.
    • Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.

    Hi Juan,

    I tried following all your instructions, unfortunately the problem remains unsolved, on mobile devices I can’t enlarge a product’s window through the lightbox.

    Could you point me some others ways to solve it?
