• I have YITH subscriptions setup, and when the initial order is place the payment goes through fine. It appears YITH also creates a new product that is on hold for each order placed, however this order doesn’t have any billing info attached to it so it never processes.

    Example

    John Smith #1087 | June 29th | Completed
    #1088 | June 29th | On Hold

    The second order does not have a name or billing attached to it, only the price. Please help!

    I should specify that these orders are from March and April, so it’s been longer than a month and nothing has happened with them.
