YITH WooCommerce Subscription – renewals not being generated

    Hello,

    We are using YITH WooCommerce Subscription (for now we are using the free version as a trial). We are using it with Stripe Payments and have set it up to sell software subscriptions on our WordPresss site, but it doesn’t seem to be working correctly. When we make a purchase of a subscription product, the 1st charge seems to work ok, and the customer receives their Serial Number by email correctly. But when the renewal date comes (we set it up for daily renewal to test it), nothing happens. Shouldn’t a new order be created and the customer charged on each renewal date?

    Please let us know what we are missing.

    Hi @caroltech,
    The only supported gateway for YITH WooCommerce Subscription is WooCommerce PayPal Payments, as indicated in the official documentation.
    The commercial version includes more supported gateways.

    Hello,

    I activated Paypal payments, but the subscriptions are still not working. We get the 1st payment fine, but the subscription is not created in Paypal, nor is the 2nd charge made automatically. How can I check what we are missing?
