When we do a SITE: search for your website here, we do see it outputs a title and meta description in the search results, and when clicked on, loads the website as expected.
Could you provide more details where you are seeing it just load the header and footer? If you could provide us with a screenshot of what it is you are referring to (you can upload a screenshot on a site such as snipboard.io or imgur.com and share the link here), this would be helpeful.

The problem started last weekend when i received emails saying a critical error had occurred on the site This was an error with a plugin .. resolved by rebuilding pages alot of work
I know see BING not displaying my anything
i see this returned as a bing search the part with shop at the end where does that come from https://21st-century-house.com/shop
I have been through every setting and checked through the bing analytics and reinstated. I can’t find where this appears from ?? but it all started last weekend SEO YOST is the seo

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.
Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.
