Yoast Data optimization error – first configuration – Status code 404

When I want to start SEO Data Optimization in Yoast tools, I get an error message, and the Status code of the error is “404”.

WordPress: Version 6.6.1

I have the last version of Yoast and my PHP version is 8.3 The website is  https://efhamcomputer.com/

I made a test with the Health Check plugin, and the issue still occurs when just Yoast SEO is active.

and i trying:
1. Install & activate the Yoast Test Helper plugin
2. Go to Tools > Yoast Test
3. Locate the Yoast SEO section and click on the ‘Reset indexables tables & migrations’, ‘Reset Prominent words calculation’, and ‘Reset Internal link counter’ buttons. After each click, the page will reload to confirm that the specific reset was successful.
4. Go to SEO > Tools, and under SEO data, click the “Start SEO data optimization” button to allow Yoast to rescan your content.
5. no  ‘mod_security‘ 


all process complet until reach https://numberozo.com/wp-admin/true?plugin_version=23.4&site=https%3A%2F%2Fnumberozo.com
i got 404
