YOAST. NEW test. Title Problem

Hi.
I've tried plugin in another site. i have the same problem that still hangs in this topic:

But now I see more.
the site has 3 languages
as a result in yoast seo title we see the following picture
yoast SEO Title input : title_part1 %%sep%% title_part2
1) default page title :
variable %%sep%% is output twice
+ we still see the presence of [:] at the end of the title.
2) page titles in alternative languages :
similar output (2 %%sep%% + [:] at the end),
BUT! preceded at the beginning of the line by the title in the default language!!!!

We have this issue almost year with no result!
