Yoast plugin not compatible with Builder template

Hello,

My Builder Template is not working well with the Yoast plugin. I deactivated all plugins and Yoast is definitely the culprit – it causes everything built in the Builder template to “disappear” on the editor page. It comes back after I toggle the template to default and then back to builder, but the different elements show as blank until I click on them, and every time I update the page, the content “disappears” again, forcing me to toggle the template again until it comes back.

Is this just me? Or is this an issue with the theme? Since this is a recommended plugin and integrated with the theme (breadcrumbs) I was expecting it to work better.
