Hello Awatta,
I’m sorry about your experience with Yoast SEO and Cloudflare. You mentioned receiving an email from WordPress on November 16th regarding a fatal error. Please ask your web hosting provider for the server error log for that day. Then you can share the log with us

Hi Maybellyne,
Thank you for the really quick reply. I created a google drive with the log file, a screenshot of the Cloudflare error, a copy of the email from WordPress, and a video that shows what is happening on the back end.

FYI — additional information.
It seems part of the issue is having a post in draft format. The Yoast plug-in can’t locate a post in draft, nor can it open the backend post page with a post in draft. Once I published the post, the issue (at least from what I can see) resolved. This is still a long-term problem, but at least I’m functional now.
Hey @awatta,
Thank you for your reply.
It’s weird as we run Yoast.com and numerous other sites through CloudFlare without issues, so it looks like it’s unrelated to CloudFlare, but just on the hosting level of your site the query runs too long (the actual WordPress error is: Error message: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded) and then your host disconnects and you see the Cloudflare error page.
Looking at the error log, it only states that there is a missing column in the Yoast indexable database tables. Would you be able to try the following on your site please:
1) Install the Yoast Test Helper plugin, found here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/yoast-test-helper/
2) Go to Tools → Yoast Test
3) Click the Reset Indexables tables & migrations button.
4) Go to SEO → Tools.
5) Click the Start processing and speed up your site now button and let it complete.
After completing this process, check if the searching works better than before.
