We would recommend increasing the maximum memory limit to 128M. You can do so by following this guide.
Yoast SEO might work with less memory too, but that will depend on how many and what other plugins you are using.

@solutionspoland2018 As the memory consumption can vary on any site for a large number of factors including other plugins, themes, and the site’s optimization settings, setting the memory to 128M is a good starting place for this settings. We have encountered site’s where the specific configuration of settings and plugins required up to 512MB in order to resolve this error.
This could also be caused by a plugin or theme conflict. Can you try and gather as much information for us as possible? Please perform the following:
1. Make sure the issue doesn’t persist when Yoast SEO is disabled.
2. Check for conflicts.
3. Check for JavaScript errors with your console.
