Hi @busireddi,
Thank you for reaching out.
Can you give us a little more information on what the exact issue is? What options button are your referring to? If possible, please share a screenshot with a sharing service like Pasteboard so we can see what is happening on your side.
Thanks.
Hi @busireddi,
Thank you for sharing the screenshot.
We see that the SEO → General settings page is empty. We are sorry for the issue.
This is typically caused by a Javascript error or plugin conflict. Can you please confirm you are running WordPress 5.4.2 and that all other plugins and themes are also up-to-date? If not, please see if the issue persists after updating.
If the settings page remains empty, we would like to know if you can find any Javacript errors that might show when you are on the page. You can find out how to find these here: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-find-javascript-errors-with-your-browsers-console/.
Thanks!
Two months back I installed this plugin manually. I deleted old plugin at cpanel area and now i newly installed Yoast seo plugin using plugin area. it’s working perfectly.
Thank u
Glad to hear that @busireddi, thank you for letting us know.
