My Question is why Yoast seo redirect doesn’t redirect links when accessed through social media platforms?

For Example: I have redirected this link https://opportunitiescorners.com/list-of-international-fellowship-programs/ (Link1) to https://opportunitiescorners.com/category/fellowships/ (Link 2)

The redirects works fine when i open in incognito or normal chrome, but when i open Link A From Facebook, or telegram it gives me 404, even i have cleard facebook, telegram and browser cache as well

do i need to do something?
