Yoast Structured Data – Website + Organization data

I am trying to figure out how to add structured data to my site through Yoast. Yoast inserts a generic ld+json block in header, and its in this I would like to add/change various content – code below.

1 – The ImageObject URL is wrong – it uses an URL from back when the site was in development on a different URL (next.apacta.com). It does not pick up on the WP site logo. So how can I correct that?

2 – Images on the site in general is delivered in WebP via a passthrough – I am not sure this is valid in structured data, as it is very client specific. Can images be hardcoded in structured data to the raw core-image?

3 – I would like to add a ‘SameAs’ block to the Organization? What is the hook for that?
