Looks like you’ve been hacked.
Sounds like you got hacked. You should probably restore your site in php admin to a known working version and also reload all your files in your FTP.
SIf you can get into the phpAdmin you might be able to search for the block of code causing the hack and remove it but otherwise I would just restore to previous working version.
