    hello.The message :You have already requested your data. Please check your mailbox. After 24 hours, you can submit a new request. Shows even it has passed 24 hours from the last request

    Hi this is performed by a cronjob so maybe your server blocks this for some reason? It is also well known WordPress sometimes doesn’t fire a cronjob when there’s not enough activity on your site.

    You can check this with a plugin like WP Crontrol and manually fire the cron.
