Your backup failed

    Hi all,

    I’ve been using wordpressbackup v 2.3.3 with succes for a couple of months now, however, as of today I get an error similar to an earlier post:

    Specifically, the following error message is displayed.

    Your backup completed but with the following errors / warnings, it’s probably ok to ignore these.

    Here’s the response from the server:
    RecursiveDirectoryIterator::__construct(/www/htdocs/adhdaut/.procmail): failed to open dir: Permission denied, /www/htdocs/adhdaut/wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/hm-backup/hm-backup.php, 845

    Nothing changed to my site so I’m not sure why these errors are displayed all of a sudden.

    Is it OK to ignore this, or should I worry?

    Does this happen every time? Have you tried a manual backup?

    This happens when I perform a manual backup.

    I don’t know if this is also the case for the scheduled backup. The email notification does not provide any further info.

    Hi, i encountered the same problem with making a manual backup
    The version of BackUpWordpress = 2.3.3 with wordpress 3.8
    Error:
    RecursiveDirectoryIterator::__construct(/var/www/vhosts/vessem.info/httpdocs/_vti_bin): failed to open dir: Permission denied, /var/www/vhosts/vessem.info/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/hm-backup/hm-backup.php, 845
