Your Cache vs Falcon Cache (WordFence)

Good day,

I’m a fan of your plugins, they are great, simple and useful !

I’m also using WordFence and as you may know they have a cache called Falcon Engine which they claim can boost your site up to 50x faster…

As it writes in .htcaccess as your plugin, I wonder if they are both doing simply the same thing or if I could or not use both.
