    Hi,

I’m getting the following message in the Leadin dashboard (Admin portal).

Your Leadin database tables are missing

After migrating the site to WPEngine I just found that. For some reason, the plugin cannot read the tables in the database (the tables and the data on them are good but I cannot see the stats and the contact information in the Admin view).

I’m using an old version of the plugin (3.1.8) but it was working in the server where the site was published. We are planning to upgrade both the WordPress and the plugin in future (and also migrate the data from our database to the Cloud) but in the meantime we want to keep using this version. Do we need to configure something else in the plugin after the migration.

    Regards

  • Hi there, based on the error message, this usually means that the database tables have been backed up and restored but that restoration did not include the Leadin database tables. There are 5 of those which all start with li_.

You mentioned that the tables are there and that the data is good, can you confirm if all 5 still exist? There should be li_leads, li_pageviews, li_submissions, li_tags and li_tag_relationships.

If it’s a case that they all do exist, we’ll definitely need to take a deeper look and see if anything has been corrupted or if there is an issue with the database structure. In that case, could you reach out to me at [email protected] with an export of those tables so we can debug further and hopefully get you back up and running?

    Thanks,
    Shay

    Hi Shay,

Yes, the tables exist in the database. I sent you an email to the support account with the tables. Please let me know if you need something else from my side.

    Thanks,
    Cristian

Thanks Cristian, just responded to you there so I’ll close this thread and we can continue to work on this via email and hopefully get to the bottom of it 🙂

    Cheers,
    Shay

This issue was resolved by upgrading the plugin to version 3.1.9 🙂

Thank you Shay for your help on this.
