    Hello,

    I really love your plugin, would like to buy now “Personal”, and upgrade gradually to “Plus”, “Professional” and then “Ultimate” Version 🙂

    But I am not developer. I absolutely need your “lifetime” Support.

    My question is: Would your Support really last until infinity (lifetime)?

    Hi,
    I am really in big need for support. I have contacted the UU support many times since I bought the uu plugin, but have not received any answer until now. I have opened 2 posts in their support forum. – NO ANSWER

    This is a desperate try to get some needed information: Can you supply me with some kind of contact except the anonymous support Email of UU?

    I would at least like to get an answer, why UU does not respond to any of my Emails or posts.
