Your recommendation for header slideshow?

    Hi WP Community!

    First time posting.

    My THEME is Graphene Theme. WordPress 5.3.14

    I hoping to get a recommendation for an Add-on to cycle through some images as the banner of my site. I currently have a static image there, my idea is to cycle through a few variations on the banner graphic.

    I’ve loaded and deleted several “Sliders” but have not found one that I can make work.

    Here’s what I’m hoping to do with the add-on…

    I want no thumbnails or lightbox or even navigation arrows or dots. Also don’t need title or captions. I need only a FADE transition, and would like control over the fade speed. Truly, I like my static image, but want to cycle through a few variations while a visitor is on the site.

    I’ve had various issues with each of the add-ons I’ve tried. I’m sorry, I should have kept a list of which ones I’ve tried. 🙁

    If you use the free version of the theme, I would recommend asking in their support forum: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/theme/graphene/

    If you use the paid version, I would ask you to contact their support: https://www.graphene-theme.com/ – questions about commercial products are not allowed here in the forum.

    I would also recommend you to update your WordPress installation. If you use a current version, you will also have more current plugins available that may meet your needs. However, these must also be compatible with your theme, which is why I would recommend you to contact their support.

    The Graphene forum looks like a ghost town: Last posts were 3, then 9 months ago.

    Meanwhile, I’ve found this post
