    I’ve been trying to contact you countless of times to get a refund of your premium plugin as you promise a 30 days guarantee. I have had not replied, it’s been two weeks. Can someone please get back to me?

    I’m sorry, but the author is not permitted to have that conversation anywhere on this site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well and conversations about refunds.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
