    Hi!

I’m encountering the following error in my website in the blocks I built using Stackable: ‘Your site doesn’t include support for the “stackable/columns” block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely.’

The problem doesn’t seem to be caused by other plugins, since it persists when I disable everything but Stackable.

I can however not update the plugin, since when I try to I get a pop up saying ‘There is a new version of Stackable – Gutenberg Blocks available. Buy a license now to access version 3.12.15 security & feature updates, and support.’

Does this mean I am no longer able to alter my previously created blocks until I buy a premium license? Or is there something else causing this error.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @stevefarghost,

Thank you for reaching out to us! You should be able to update with the free version of Stackable, and still be able to alter your previously created blocks. 🙂

You can download the latest free version of Stackable here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/stackable-ultimate-gutenberg-blocks/ then install it on your site.

In the meantime, we’ll look into what is causing this notice to pop up.

Please let us know if you are now able to edit your blocks after updating to the latest version!

Hi Bernice, that worked beautifully! Thanks for the quick response.

I am having the same problem but when I downloaded the latest version, as you suggested above, nothing changed. Causing huge disruption. https://tuned4growth.com/

    Thanks for any help!

    Hi @jayjones911411,

I’m terribly sorry for missing your post on this thread!

Could you please provide us with more information about the disruption you’re encountering? Could you also try deactivating your other plugins first to check if the issue occurs with only Stackable activated?

Thank you, I’ll keep an eye out on your reply!
