I am getting error when try to submit form: Your submission failed. The server responded with (code ). Please contact the developer of this form processor to improve this message.

Hello @naveentechindustan

Our Primary investigation suggests that you may be facing issues with WooCommerce product forms, When we try to buy them

the ajax response when we click on the buy now button is returning with a non-JSON response, A JSON response is required for the AMP form to perform successful action.

WooCommerce is not yet fully compatible, but it can be configured to work at a basic level.

1) I will suggest disabling AMP on cart and checkout pages

2) Update cart behavior settings to redirect on adding a product in cart and disabling Ajax add to cart check on from Archive.

Additionally, I will suggest using the AMP Enhancer plugin, it can help you in addressing some Incompatibilities in WoCommerce.

Hi Support,
Thanks for the response.
I have checked and we are not using WooCommerce on the website and also I have deactivated the WooCommerce plugin now. But it’s still not working.

I am getting this error: __amp_source_origin

Can you please help me on this?

Hello @naveentechindustan

The 406 error Not Acceptable, we have mentioned that error and the reason for it in our guide.

The error was generated by Mod_Security, so you need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to add __amp_source_origin to the allowed list.
