Hi @view-dev,
My apologies for the experience you have had with our support form. We have not received any other reports of the support form not working and I tested it just now and it went through without any issues.
The error 400 you are receiving indicates an issue on your browser’s side. Usually clearing the cache resolves the issue. Since you have tried on multiple devices, it could be something specific to shared security settings or the network you are using. For example, a firewall setting.
As a workaround, you can temporarily sign up to our newsletter and reply to the first email you receive, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. You can then click unsubscribe to stop receiving future. You can also open a support forum topic for any technical issues you have with the Instagram Feed plugin and we’ll assist you here.
Please let me know if you have questions.
Best Regards,
I was able to create a ticket when I did not enter the license or system info. So there’s something wrong with the Create Ticket form. We weren’t doing anything odd, just pasting in the system info and license as instructed.
Hi @view-dev,
Thank you for the update. I could not replicate the issue with the latest constraints you described. If you managed to successfully submit a ticket, would you mind if we continue from the ticket?
Best Regards,
Are you entering a license key? That appears to be the field with an issue. If I leave everything else the same and select free version, it submits as expected.
Again, we tried different users in different locations on different networks. Everyone had the same issue.
I did finally get a ticket open, so I’m okay. Please test and fix this for the next person, though.
Hi @view-dev,
I tried multiple variations of ticket submission and they went through without issues. That includes submitting a PRO ticket with a license key and a Free ticket with a license key. I will continue monitoring the form and checking for reports from other users with the same issue, though we have not received any.
Best Regards,
I am having the same problem as view-dev. Our Facebook Feed Pro has disconnected (https://www.ktim.org), we are unable to reconnect, and when I try to submit a ticket, it says that there is a security issue.
Hi @jmarkj,
My apologies for the issue you encountered with the Facebook Feed Pro plugin and the support form on our website. Could you please try submitting a selecting free version when prompted on our website support form as that worked for @view-dev. If that does not work for you, could you please try to submit a ticket using a different browser, preferably in incognito/private browsing mode.
If none of the above works, please open a separate topic in the Facebook Feed support forum as that is the appropriate place for issues related to Facebook Feeds. The current forum page is strictly for issues related to the Instagram Feed plugin.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this.
Regards 🙂
